Our first full day in beautiful Andalusia begins! We'll meet our guides in the hotel lobby at 10:45 a.m., then take our first cooking class. At the end of our class, we'll gather around the table to sample our mouth-watering creations.

In the late afternoon, we'll have free time to explore the city. Stroll across the Puente Nuevo Bridge, which connects the two sides of the town; gaze out at the distant rolling hills; enjoy a brief scenic hike; wander the local markets for hand-crafted goods. There's no limit to adventure.
