Note for those arriving in athens early, we will be providing a group ferry service to Mykonos in the afternoon of day 1

Welcome to Mykonos! This famous Greek island is known for its blinding white buildings and vibrant blue accents. Your driver and guide will greet you at the international airport (or ferry port upon arrival from Athens) and take you to the hotel where you’ll spend the next three days of your trip. After checking in, enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the one of the pristine beaches or explore the city’s narrow, stone pathways.

At 7:00pm The group will meet in the evening for a traditional dinner. Enjoy mouthwatering dishes bursting with savory flavors at one of the top local restaurants.

Today we’ll explore the nearby island of Delos, one of the most important historical, mythological, and archaeological sites in all of Greece. The island is brimming with extensive excavation sites, and we’ll see countless landmarks on a guided tour. Gaze upon the ancient ruins of once-monumental structures, such as the Terrace of the Lions, Temple of the Delians, and House of the Masks, to name a few.

You will finish your tour at approximately 2:00pm, and will return to Mykonos Village to enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, followed by an enjoyable afternoon.

9:30am pick-up, (cooking class starts at 10:00am). Today we’ll embark on a village tour and cooking class with a local Greek Family. Our culinary hosts will welcome us into their beautiful Mykonian home and treat us like family, in what’s bound to be a true highlight of our trip. They’ll teach us about Mykonian history and culture, share stories about their family life, and make us feel as if we’ve known them forever. We’ll learn about the true Mykonian lifestyle and taste some traditional meze snacks, such as dakos with kopanisti cheese and tomato, louza (sun dried pork fillets), full-bodied wine, and Cretan raki. Wander through fresh vegetable gardens and learn about local organic farming under the warm Greek sunshine. In the kitchen, we’ll make tzatziki and spinach pie, stuffed peppers and tomatoes, beef with orzo, and several other delectable dishes.

We’ll gather ‘round the table with our host family, sharing stories over our culinary creations and then enjoy an evening to relax or explore on our own.

Day 4: Mykonos – Santorini

You'll fuel up with a nourishing breakfast, before traveling to Santorini by way of ferry. You will be picked up from your hotel at 9:00am

Upon arrival to Santorini, one of the most iconic Greek islands, you’ll be met by your driver. Revel in the breathtaking scenery of this charming paradise as we head towards our luxurious hotel, located near the city of Fira. Take the rest of the day to relax and explore this stunning region.

At 7:00pm we’ll dine on a delicious 5-course meal with great company and unforgettable views. This experience is just the beginning—it’ll spark your curiosity of Santorini’s flavors and culture, giving you the perfect introduction to the island’s magic.

Rise and shine with a nourishing breakfast at the hotel then enjoy a free morning exploring local markets, eateries, and artisan stalls in one of the most picturesque places in all of Europe.

At 4:30 in the afternoon we’ll meet with one of Santorini’s top chefs to learn the secrets and techniques of Greek cuisine and savor the tastes of traditional dishes in a hands-on cooking class. We’ll learn to cook authentic meals, such as a traditional Greek salad, Santorini’s favorite fava bean dish with nuts and caramelized onions, and mussels saganaki.

As the lesson comes to an end, we’ll join our chef around the table to enjoy the mouthwatering dishes we’ve created. Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and explore the magic you can make in the kitchen?

Day 6: Santorini

At 11:00am you will be picked up from your hotel, and we’ll embark on a guided tour of traditional Greek villages, learning about centuries of rich history, while sampling the flavors of local cuisine. We’ll journey through Santorini’s Venetian past, marveling at breathtaking views, historic castle remains, and the serene, abandoned villages that feels frozen in time.

In the afternoon, set off on a guided volcanic wine tasting expedition, sampling traditional Santorini wines—the nectar of the Gods. This island holds some of Europe’s oldest vineyards, with a history spanning over 4,500 years. Here, traditional crop cultivation has been preserved throughout the centuries, enriching the superb nature of the local wines. The fertile volcanic soil, combined with the experience and knowledge of professional winemakers, results in exceptionally high quality. We’ll learn why many consider Santorini’s wine among the best in Greece, from the unique pruning to the overall wine production process.

Dine on one last enchanting breakfast at the hotel and then enjoy a free morning and afternoon in Santorini and catch your connecting flight back to Athens to catch your international flight home.

Or opt for the four day extension to Crete, where you can continue to explore more of Greece.
