Artisans

Each Acanela tour is designed around an artisan.  These artisans have incredible talents and abilities in diverse areas such as culinary arts, adventure guiding, or art & design - but lack the resources to monetize their skills. Our mission is to discover these men and women, help them develop as individuals, and empower them to build their own sustainable business enterprises.  Each Acanela expedition incorporates instructional classes or expert services from these local artists.
